Students' Association

As soon as you enrol at ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø you become a member of the ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø Students’ Association (ECSA).

ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø Students' Association 

EC Students’ Association is here to represent all students at ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø, which means that their activities are tailored to meet the needs of students. They make your voice heard through the Class Rep system, allowing you to get your ideas across to the College at all levels. This means you can make a real difference as a student.

Suppose you have an issue with any aspect of College life, including academic problems, facilities issues or questions about funding. In that case, ECSA is here to ensure students have the best experience at ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø.

EC Students’ Association runs lots of events and activities throughout the year that are all about giving you great experiences and opportunities, including:

  • Freshers' Week
  • Class Rep Meetings
  • Clubs & Societies
  • Awareness Days
  • Elections of Student Officers

Governance

ECSA is a Scottish Registered Charity (SC028544), which means a Board of Trustees oversees it. Their responsibility is to ensure good governance, that it is administered effectively, and that they operate within the law.

ECSA’s Board of Trustees are:

  • Adam Lowe: Chair of Trustees and Full-Time Officer Trustee
  • Sukinder Landa: Full-Time Officer Trustee
  • Mary O’Driscoll Full-Time Officer Trustee
  • Harry Ritchie: Student Trustee
  • Lauryn Kokovworho: Student Trustee
  • Heather Innes: Vice-Chair and External Trustee
  • Kirsten Koss: External Trustee
  • Garry Quigley: External Trustee
